Last month I was pleased to be able to attend the annual Pacific Telecommunications Council (PTC) conference, which allows members of the communications service provider community to exchange valuable insights as well as both industry and international observations. Chinese New Year on February 14^th sees the start of the Year of the Tiger. With this in mind, we thought it might be fun to compare Telstra International to that majestic beast, which is said to be lucky, vivid, lively and engaging.
