New UK Data Centre accommodates changing business needs
Telstra International further expanded its Global Data Centre network with the opening in January of the London

Hosting Centre – Woking, following a five-month build project. As the company’s third UK Data Centre, the new multi-million pound facility is a Centre of Excellence for managed hosting solutions. Its successful launch highlights Telstra’s continued investment in its global hosting footprint and marks the next stage in the evolution towards a full suite of managed services.
We asked Jason Friedler, Head of Hosting – Telstra International, to explain the complex process involved, along with the key business drivers behind this major project.
