Reachout - the latest news, views and analysis from Telstra International |
 |
 |
Welcome to the June edition of Reachout, the monthly online newsletter from Telstra International.
Firstly, I am delighted to announce that Telstra International has been named ‘Best International IP VPN’ by enterprise users in
|
Gartner’s Best International Carriers in Asia/Pacific user survey, published in May 2010. This is fantastic news for us and follows considerable network development in the Asia Pacific region. Telstra also won two awards at the recent Global Telecoms Business awards. More information on the survey and the awards in our articles below.
In the past month, Telstra International has played a major role at several industry events, including the World Expo in China where Telstra hosted a four day business programme and International Telecoms Week in America, where members of the Telstra team participated in panel discussions on topics including the Wholesale market and the growth of Ethernet. Find out more about Telstra’s activities below.
Finally, we take a look at some key Telstra successes, including the execution of a successful Black Building Test at our Global Data Centre in London Docklands.
I hope you enjoy this edition and wish you a successful month.
Yours sincerely
Tarek Robbiati
