They are there to answer your questions and together with the Customer Design team to architect the optimum solution for your business.

  • The Telstra Hub gives you a quick and easy way to access help and support. You can also view a list of the key products and services you’ve bought from us, order additional services or log technical support requests.
  • For Service Provider Partners, a dedicated Portal provides access to wealth of information on our products, services and how we can help you deliver them.
  • Customers may also have a dedicated Service Manager allocated to ensure the smooth running of your Telstra services and provide with ongoing support.

Keep us in the loop

For your security we can only accept service requests from nominated individuals in your organisation. If you keep your list of nominated technical and support contacts up to date it helps us support you more effectively
