Andrew Morawski, President and CEO

Andrew Morawski is President & CEO of Telstra Incorporated and manages all of Telstra’s operations in North and South America.

Before being promoted to President & CEO, Andrew was Senior Vice President of Sales and Global Accounts where he was responsible for the expansion of Telstra’s global sales engagement initiative and managed Telstra resources in the United States, Australia, India, Hong Kong, China, United Kingdom, Singapore and Japan.

Before joining Telstra, Andrew held the positions of Regional Vice President of Sales and Director of Sales Operations at Prism Communications Services, a telecommunications company acquired by Comdisco Inc., a Fortune 500 company. At Prism, Andrew built a sales infrastructure to support the distribution of their next generation CLEC services in 33 cities across the country, while managing an Direct and Channel Sales team in over 10 cities across the eastern region of the United States.

Andrew was also the Manager of Business Development at Nortel Networks' Public Carrier Division in Dallas, where he managed the relationship between Nortel and Southwestern Bell through the acquisition of Pacific Telesis and SNET. Since joining Telstra in 1999, Andrew’s focus is building and maintaining a team of qualified professionals to support and grow Telstra's multinational customer base in the Americas. A key member of the Telstra senior management team, Andrew helped foster a year on year revenue growth of over 20 percent for multiple years during one of the toughest periods in the Telecom industry.

Amy Rosen, Senior Vice President, General Counsel

Amy is Senior Vice President, General Counsel of Telstra Incorporated. In her current role, Rosen oversees the Legal and Human Resources departments of Telstra Incorporated.

Prior to joining Telstra, Rosen worked for AT&T Corp. as a lawyer in its Business Services Division. In her eight years at AT&T, she supported a variety of AT&T's data and internet-related businesses, domestically and internationally. She was also involved in acquisitions and divestitures, sales, procurement, software licensing and establishing joint venture arrangements.

Rosen started her career at Debevoise & Plimpton in New York, as a Corporate Associate, working primarily on mergers and acquisitions for media companies.

Rosen graduated with Honors from Columbia University School of Law and was the Executive Editor for the Columbia Journal of Law and Social Problems. She received her B.A, magna cum laude, in Economics and European History from the University of Pennsylvania.

Will Hughs, Senior Vice President, Product and Design

Will Hughs is Senior Vice President, Product and Design for Telstra International’s US subsidiary, Telstra Incorporated. Mr. Hughs is responsible for Telstra’s product, marketing, engineering and commercial functions for the US region. As SVP, Product and Design, Mr. Hughs works with Telstra International’s Global Product teams to localize product sets and solutions for the US Service Provider and Enterprise markets.

Mr. Hughs began his technology career in the Systems Integrator space as an MCSE/CCNA designing Microsoft and Cisco solutions for large enterprises based in the San Francisco Bay area.

Mr. Hughs joined Telstra in 1999 as a Sales Engineer in California where his knowledge of managed services led the effort to secure numerous WAN outsourcing deals which represented over half of Telstra’s business for the first four years of its expansion into the US market. In 2002 Mr. Hughs directed the engineering and commercial aspects of Telstra’s expansion into the LATAM market. Since then he has held a variety of Sales and Engineering roles, including Regional Business Manager, Director of Engineering and Director of Technical Business Development before joining the Senior Management team in 2006.

Mr. Hughs received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of California at Santa Barbara.

Jorge Reis, Senior Vice President, Operations

Jorge Reis is Senior Vice President of Operations at Telstra Incorporated. Mr. Reis is responsible for the direct implementation of corporate service delivery policies and procedures within each business unit.

As SVP of Operations, Jorge is dedicated to uphold the philosophies, goals and objectives of the Telstra Incorporated President and CEO. Jorge represents Telstra Inc. in the areas of operations and customer care for potential business opportunities globally and as part of the Senior Management Team.

Jorge also establishes and monitors problem resolution at regional/global levels- tracking statistics of failures, MTTR and interface with suppliers as required and is responsible for IT disaster recovery and IT infrastructure.

Prior to working with Telstra, Inc. Jorge worked at AT&T, as a Senior Engineer, building local access networks in the western region of the United States. Through his work at AT&T and now at Telstra, Inc. Jorge has worked with such companies as Nokia, Hyatt International, Hilton International, Adobe, Oracle, Microsoft, GE, Computer Associates, JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs, the US Department of Defense and DFAIT of Canada.

Jorge received his M.S. in Telecom Management from Stevens Institute of Technology and his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from S.U.N.Y at Buffalo.

Wirawan Krisman, Vice President, Finance

Wirawan Krisman is Vice President of Finance of Telstra Incorporated. In his current role, Krisman's responsibilities include ensuring the accuracy and publication of financial statements, preparing annual budgets and making sure financial policies, procedures and controls are being established and adhered to. Krisman also ensures a compliance with tax and regulatory bodies, manages Telstra Inc. bank accounts and reviews employee benefit plans.

Krisman joined Telstra Inc. in March 2000 in its original San Francisco office headquarters and oversaw the transfer of finance and accounting functions to the New York office during the relocation.

Prior to being promoted to the position of Vice President of Finance, Krisman's position was that of the Financial Controller. As the Financial Controller, Krisman oversaw finance and accounting operations, tax and regulatory compliance as well as billing and collections.

Before taking on his role as Financial Controller, Krisman was the Senior Financial Accountant at Telstra Inc. His responsibilities included coordinating month-end closing activities and reporting requirements, supervising the accounting staff and maintaining Telstra Inc.'s general ledger and financial reports.

Krisman received his M.B.A from San Francisco State University and his B.S. from the University of Oregon.
